What If I Have Tenants or Relatives On My Property?
If you have tenants or family members in the property it is important that we know this before closing escrow. We want to make sure we do not throw anyone out onto the street and make sure we honor any lease that may be in place. If you have a house with trouble tenants, leave it to us and we will take care of it. JiffyNest’s main goal is to provide you the best selling experience. We won’t let a couple bad eggs ruin it for everyone else.
