These Terms of Use and the JiffyNest® Privacy Policy were updated on October 1st, 2015. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policies.
Terms of Use – Updated October 1st, 2015
Welcome to JiffyNest.com. This website and the JiffyNest® Applications together with the services provided through the Sites (collectively the Sites and services are the “Services”) are owned and operated by FPB West Holding’s Inc, a technology-powered real estate investment company headquartered at 14724 Ventura Blvd, PH Suite, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 (“JiffyNest”). These Terms of Use, which include the JiffyNest® Prv, serve as the “Agreement” between you and JiffyNest® regarding the Services, and provide important information to you, including information about your obligations about content and our limitation of liability to you. By accessing, downloading, or using any portion of the Services, you signify that you accept the terms of the Agreement. If you do not accept, then please do not use the Services.
If you want to sell your home directly to JiffyNest then you will need to enter into a purchase agreement to become a JiffyNest Client; these agreements are not covered here.
1. Who Can Use the JiffyNest Services
You must be: a) at least the age of majority in the state where you live to use the Sites, and b) a resident of the United States. If you are under 13 years old, do not use the Sites.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership and License
A. Copyright All materials (including source code, data, images, and other content) contained in the Services, including the selection and arrangement of the materials, are owned by JiffyNest or are licensed by JiffyNest for use on the Sites. Our site features Google Maps, please review their Privacy Policy Legal notices and terms of use. Portions of this page are modifications based on work created and shared by Google and used according to terms described in the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License.
B. Trademarks JiffyNest, the JiffyNest logos and other JiffyNest trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with JiffyNest are trademarks or registered trademarks of JiffyNest in the U.S. and/or other countries. Apple, the Apple logo, iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Android is a trademark of Google Inc. Use of this trademark is subject to Google Permissions. Other trademarks and logos used in connection with JiffyNest may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
C. License Granted The JiffyNest Services are available for your personal use, and we grant you permission to access, view, and use the Services so long as your use complies with these Terms of Use and any other applicable JiffyNest policies.
D. Webscraping of Listing & Property Data Is Not Allowed Crawling the JiffyNest.com and network sites is allowed for inclusion in web search engine results only. Webscraping, downloading or webcrawling of any property or other data for inclusion in another real estate search site, content aggregator, or any other purpose is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from JiffyNest.
E. Restrictions Except as enabled and directed on the Services, you may not modify, decompile, reproduce, redistribute, attempt to commercially gain from your use, or misuse of the Services or any of their components. You may not use any meta-tags or other hidden text using the JiffyNest name or trademarks without our specific permission. We may revoke your permission to access and use the Sites, and we may block or prevent you from accessing the Sites, in our discretion without notice. If you violate the Terms of Use, your permission to access and use the Sites is automatically revoked.
F. Reservation of Rights Except for the limited license granted above, JiffyNest reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Sites. This Agreement does not grant you any right or license with respect to any trademarks and logos.
G. Information Aggregation JiffyNest is not responsible for any errors in displayed information or delays in displaying information. All information on the Sites is either transmitted to JiffyNest from other entities or persons or was obtained through publicly available government sources. Issues of data accuracy may be brought to the attention of JiffyNest by sending feedback but it is likely that such information accuracy cannot be corrected by JiffyNest and the entity or person that generated the information must be appealed to.
H. In cases JiffyNest over estimates or under estimates a property’s value, JiffyNest reserves the right to offer any price it sees fit for any property. Our instant offers are estimates and generated by a computer system and are subject to the interpretation of a JiffyNest employee.
This JiffyNest Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use were updated on October 1st, 2015. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policies. By visiting JiffyNest.com or making use of the JiffyNest Applications (together, the “Sites”), you are accepting the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Some terms used in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms of Use. A term used only here is “cookie.” A cookie is a small electronic file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. When you visit the website again, the cookie allows that site to recognize your computer. Cookies may store user preferences and other information. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some website features may not function properly without cookies.
1. Information Collection, Use, and Opting Out
The types of information we collect depend on your level of engagement with the Sites. The higher the level, the more information we need to provide our services.
A. All JiffyNest Website and Users of the JiffyNest Applications
From registered and unregistered users of the Sites, we automatically receive and record information whenever you interact with the Sites. This includes IP address data from our server logs, cookie information, the pages you request, and the URL of the site you came to the Sites from. From all Users of the JiffyNest Applications (“App Users”) we also collect the mobile device ID and your geo-location information so that we can interact with you; we need to know where to direct responsive Application pages and it allows us to provide geo specific information, such as homes for sale near you. Your IP address serves the same function for website Users. App Users can turn off our access to your geo-location by adjusting “location services” within your iOS or Android device settings. We use the information listed above to help diagnose Site problems and performance, analyze trends, customize your experience on the Sites, and administer the Sites.
Cookies and opting out:
JiffyNest Cookies: We put JiffyNest cookies on your computer to help us keep track of when you were last on the Sites, and what you last searched on the Sites. While you are free to disable cookies on your browser, we recommend that you leave cookies activated to use some of the most useful JiffyNest features.
Third-Party Cookies for Website Use Analysis: We use third parties such as Google to help us analyze how people are using the Sites. We also use the Google Analytics Advertising service to provide us with demographic data about our users on an anonymous basis, and that Google service uses a cookie that can be recognized by Google or its affiliate DoubleClick when you visit other websites.
Third-Party Cookies Used to Target Ads to You When You are on Other Websites: The Google Doubleclick cookie will inform Google that you visited the Sites. Google may serve JiffyNest ads to you on other websites on our behalf. Similarly, the Sites drop cookies on your browser that are read when you visit Facebook, so that during your visits to the Facebook website you might receive JiffyNest advertising based on the pages you visited on the Sites. We may work with other companies and use their cookies to target JiffyNest ads to you on other websites.

Opting Out of Google Advertising: To opt out of Google interest-based advertising, click here to see your Google ad settings.
Opting Out Generally: The Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising program provides consumers with the ability to opt-out of having their online behavior recorded and used for advertising purposes. To opt-out of having your online behavior collected for advertising purposes (for example, serving JiffyNest ads to you on Facebook), click here for instructions. Choices you make are both browser and device-specific. This means that, for example, if you opt out when using Safari on your phone, you will not be opted out on Firefox or on your laptop.
Do Not Track: Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals.
Flash Cookies: We currently do not use flash cookies, but we may in the future. To control flash cookies, click here. Why? Because flash cookies do not reside in your browser, so your browser settings will not affect them.
D. JiffyNest Clients
When you are getting ready to sell a home and you start working with our coordinators and agents, you become a JiffyNest Client. As part of the home sale process, you will need to provide a lot of information as is customary for a home sales transaction. This information can include, without limitation, your name, address, phone number, email address and seller property information. You, as a seller, are legally required to disclose certain information about your property to prospective buyers. Once you sign a purchase Agreement with us, your relationship with JiffyNest is governed by that agreement, as well as our online Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Storage
We store all User information on secure servers and in the cloud.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with JiffyNest personnel in the normal course of business. We do not share your information with any third party.
